JaMiJo’s, located in Huntsville, Alabama, serves authentic soul food crafted with signature flavors and high-quality, fresh ingredients. We offer made-to-order meals that deliver an exceptional dining experience, supported by our walk-up service, online ordering, meal prep, and catering options.

Building on the legacy of Michael’s Unique Catering in Atlanta, we remain dedicated to culinary excellence and outstanding customer service. The name JaMiJo’s honors my three sons—JAmes, MIchael, and JOseph.

Our culinary approach is enriched by a diverse cultural background. As a chef who is half African American and half Thai, I bring a uniquely blended perspective to every dish, drawing from the bold, comforting traditions of Southern cuisine and the vibrant, aromatic flavors of Thai cooking. This fusion of heritage and experience allows us to create food that is rich in character, depth, and authenticity.

I further strengthened my foundation with professional training, earning my culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Tucker, Georgia.
